The Sonoran Corridor is a regional master plan to create the infrastructure for an industrial area focused on aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and logistics while connecting our two largest employment centers, The UA Tech Park and the Tucson International Airport as well as I-10 & I-19.  
Worked &/or traveled in 85 countries.  Rotary Group Study Exchange Team member to India in 1974. Organized the District’s Rotary Youth Exchange Program.   Owned a software development company for 35 years.

Current Status/Position:  Strategic Planning Director, Pima County and Principal Consultant, Moffatt Consulting, LLC. 
 
Education Background
Tucson Native.  Catalina High School.  4 Degrees from the University of Arizona - BS, General Business, MBA, MS Computer Science, & Ph.D. Education Administration & Computer Science.
