NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl
May 14, 2019
Kym Adair has been a fixture in the Tucson Business Community for over 20 years. In July of 2018, Kym was named the Executive Director/CEO of the NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl located in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to accepting the role, Kym was an officer of the Board of Directors of the Bowl game and worked closely with the Staff in the execution of the game. Her previous ten years of experience as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the Bowl’s title sponsor, NOVA Home Loans, provided her tremendous opportunities to develop strategic relationships with key Bowl partners which enabled her to make a seamless transition into the Executive Director role.
As the SVP of Marketing and Business Development at NOVA Home Loans, Kym led a team of 40 marketing professionals as they worked to increase the brand awareness of NOVA Home Loans and increase its market share. Kym was an instrumental piece of helping NOVA grow from a $1B Arizona mortgage lender in 2019 when she started to a $3.5B multi-state organization upon her departure.
As a past president and current active Board Member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson, Kym is passionate about giving children their best shot at success. Kym is also the mother of two children, Andrew and Grace, and is married to her college sweetheart, Craig Adair. |
