Aaron is the Executive Director of Program Develop and works to establish career and technical education opportunities in all local school districts.  He has been instrumental in creating new programs and enhancing traditional programs.  Aaron has a B.S. in Agriculture, M.A. Agriculture Education, Arizona Principal and Superintendent Certification
