District 5500 Governor Steve Dimuzio

  Governor Steve Dimuzion  visited Saguaro Rotary and shared his vision for Rotary, the district and our club. Prior to the meeting he met with Board members to discuss his year as DG and to lay out in more detail his ideas for District events. These include the upcoming D5500 Conference October 23 - October 25, 2009 at the Francisco Grange in Casa Grande. This will be a very different kind of District Conference: the first day will consist of service projects followed by a BBQ. The second day will be the meeting part of the Conference. And Sunday will be a golf tournament. A reminder that the district has paid the registration for all members who wish to attend with meals and special events extra. The Club presented DG Steve with a check for $100 for Polio Plus.
