Feb 10 2009: Meridith Hayes

Our speaker this week was Meridith Hayes, President of the Southern Arizona Attractions Alliance and Director of PR and Marketing at the Tucson Museum of Art. Meridith presented the Southern Arizona Attractions Alliance and what they do to promote Tucson tourism and the attractions in the area. She also introduced the Southern Arizona Attractions Passport program and how it help to promote local attractions to visitors. She emphasized how the Alliance helps each of the member attractions, particularly how some of the largre attractions help smaller ones through their joint marketing efforts. She also presented the Tucson Art Museum and one of the upcoming exhibitions.

The Meeting for February 17th will be a Club Assembly meeting.
