Heather Tick, MD from the Southwest Integrative Pain Institute was our guest speaker today. She discussed her approach to healing and pain management. Her focus is on an integrative approach that brings in different types of healing to her patients. Unlike traditional medicine where specialization breaks down the process to specialists, her approach is to bring healing techniques together.
