Jun 10 2008 - 88-CRIME

Our president-elect John MacIntire talked today about 88-CRIME, the anonymous crime tip hotline that was started many years ago here in Pima County by Susan Moore. John as a former board member, is a strong supporter of the program that is operated in conjunction with the Pima County Attorney's Office. 88-CRIME has a staff of spproximately 6 people and numerous volunteers. The rewards and other operation expenses are fully supported through donations from the public and other organizations. 88-CRIME has been instrumental in solving numerous crimes in our community.

We were joined once again by our guests, Chris Lanaman and Chris Fortier. In addition we were joined by former member and past president Dave Becker. Best of all, Lynn Kastella was back from her medical leave and she was accompanied by Cassandra Eastham. Welcome to all of our guests and welcome back, Lynn!!!
