May 15th Off Site Visit Flowing Wells Grad Night Decor

Off site visit today. Please read President Maurice's previous email. If you have not yet sent him an email pertaining to your attendance please do so at your earliest convenience prior to the meeting.

Saguarotarians,

Our service project on April 28th was held at FWHS with the Grad Night organizers. Tony and Sonia invited us to see the finished product prior to graduation, May 16, 2012.

So Tuesday May 15, 2012 at 12:10pm Saguaro Tucson Rotary is meeting at the FWSD's Board Room on Prince Road for lunch and then a visit to the gym to observe the Grad Night Program.

Please respond as to your attendance for meal preparation.

The Board Room is located on Prince Road just West of Flowing Wells Road. Proceed to the drive way just to the West of the complex and park on the North side of the building. This is the  small building that is located West of the main District's Offices.

Arriving a bit early may enhance your on time arrival and avoid a fine that may increase your Paul Harris participation.
