Sept 2 2008 - Bruce Metzger - Healthcare Odyssey

Our guest speaker was Bruce Metzger of Healthcare Odyssey. Healthcare Odyssey is a provider of hospice services in Southern Arizona and around the country. They are dedicated to offering care that helps ease the pain and discomfort of terminally ill patients while tending to the needs of families also. Bruce was a former teacher and outlined how important hospice is. Bruce also teaches pre-med students at the U of A to help them to be sensitive to the needs of the terminally ill.
