Jason LeValley caught the rock ‘n’ roll bug around the age of 13 and continues to have an insatiable ear for new music. He has helped raise thousands of dollars for charitable organizations through a number of special benefit shows. A singer/songwriter, Jason co-founded, managed, and promoted a recurring comedy show called the Club Congress Comedy Fiasco and has written about music for periodicals in Arizona and California. LeValley got started in radio as a college student at the University of Redlands, gaining three years of valuable radio experience at Tucson’s KXCI. LeValley also has a Master’s in Counseling from Santa Clara University and a passion for helping others. He has a background in mental health and has spent 18 years working as a high school counselor. He published an e-book about bullying (and music) called Caitlin Sings a Song. |

Kate Hiller has over 30 years in the non-profit field in the areas of fundraising, grassroots marketing and organizational development. Kate is the Executive Director of El Grupo Youth Cycling since January of 2019 and has involved with El Grupo for over 8 years as a parent and as a fundraising consultant. With a strong dedication to empowering low-income individuals, Kate has also worked at the Primavera Foundation, Mobile Meals and the Emerge Center Against Domestic Abuse. As a consultant and as senior leader in community-based organizations, she has worked with staff teams and board of directors to strengthen their organizations and missions to increase their impact. Kate is a long-time resident of Tucson, has her BS in Organizational Development from Prescott College. Kate has always been a bike commuter but caught cycling fever when her son was in the Team El Grupo Program. |

Jonathan Mosher Chief Criminal Deputy Pima County, Arizona Attorney’s office
As Chief Criminal Deputy, Jonathan Mosher is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the Criminal Division while supervising over 60 attorneys. Previously, as Chief Trial Counsel, he prosecuted homicides, cold cases, violent felonies, sexual assaults, and crimes against children. He has lectured at training seminars for prosecutors throughout Arizona and nationally. He has been recognized by the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys Advisory Council (APAAC) for Excellence in Victim Advocacy (2009) and as Felony Prosecutor of the Year (2011). He has also received the Association of Government Attorneys in Capital Litigation (AGACL) Board of Directors Advocacy Award (2017) (for his prosecution of State v. Watson, a case featured on Dateline NBC’s “Secrets of the Desert” episode).
After graduating from Colgate University in 1991 and the University of Iowa College of Law with High Honors in 1994, Jonathan served as a law clerk with the Arizona Supreme Court. He then spent nearly a decade in private practice specializing in environmental litigation with the Los Angeles offices of two international law firms; Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Latham & Watkins. In 2003, he wrote “A Pound of Cause for a Penny of Proof: The Failed Economy of an Eroded Causation Standard in Toxic Tort Cases,” published in the NYU Environmental Law Journal.
Jonathan is a member of the Board of Directors of Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson and the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. In his remaining free time, to scare criminal cases out of his mind, he runs and climbs rocks. |
